What Is Cardio Peak?

Your heart is the most important muscle in your body. Cardio Peak™ supports cardiovascular endurance, heart muscle strength, the heart’s capacity to pump blood as well as overall heart function.

How do you measure heart health? One way is to observe cardiac output, or how well your heart performs its primary function: pumping blood. Another is to evaluate cardiovascular endurance (how long you can exercise before reaching exhaustion). Active compounds in Terminalia arjuna bark extract have been clinically studied to support both of these aspects of cardiovascular health.

Arjuna cardiovascular studies

Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is a test which measures efficiency of your heart’s left ventricle. The left ventricle is the largest of the heart’s chambers, responsible for pumping oxygen-rich blood through your body. In randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies, both older adults and active younger men took 400 mg of arjuna extract for eight weeks.

LVEF measurements were taken for both groups. In both groups, LVEF measurements and physical fatigue scores improved for those taking arjuna extract compared to placebo.^1,2
