In 2010, a landmark study of caloric restriction in primates demonstrating a three-fold reduction in mortality, confirming what Life Extension published 30 years prior. This led to development of a formulation that provides five natural compounds shown to mimic effects of caloric restriction on gene expression without severe dietary modification.
